Bittersweet

Bittersweet arose in late 2022 bringing together retirees Murray Little on bass, and Tannis and Bill Bentley on ukuleles. The members of this unique ensemble from Calgary each have over 10 years playing experience. Murray is also a multi-instrumentalist as well as aspiring songwriter and well known sound engineer.

Coming from other bands and anxious to play again publicly after COVID; Bittersweet began entertaining several local seniors residences with a well-received combination of old-time folk, blues and jazz standards.

They have performed at the Rocky Mountain Folk Club and continue to pursue seniors venues as well as folk clubs and community associations.
